The Classic Oxfordshire Bike Ride will be held on Sunday 6th May 2012 and will follow a route through South Oxfordshire’s beautiful countryside. Now in its 7th year the ride now attracts a loyal following of keen cyclists that return year after year.
The Classic Oxfordshire Bike Ride 2012 will be held in support of the charity Against Breast Cancer which is a worthwhile cause for any cyclist to get involved with and help raise some money.
This popular bike ride in Oxfordshire offers the choice of a 30 or 60 mile circular route which opens it up to any ability so serious and leisure cyclists can both enjoy the ride. For the youngsters there is also a 12 mile circular ride available for those budding young cyclists aged 8 years and over.
The Classic Oxfordshire Bike Ride 2012 will start and finish at Harwell Science & Innovation Campus (OX11 0QZ) and the site offers ample parking for all entrants. Start times are in between 8am and 10am giving you the flexibility to start when you want. The routes have food and drink stops along the way so you will never be far from a refuelling stop.
